Lauren Arrow

Lauren Arrow (she/her) is a queer Jewitch song-tender and facilitator in the Bay Area. Her first connection to music was through singing as a youngster in the Rodef Sholom Children’s Choir where music became her connecting force to community and spirit.

Her life’s mission is centered around holding trauma-informed singing circles. For the past decade she has been helping folks reclaim their voice and bloom into their creativity through her organization, ProcessSING. Lauren facilitates intimate singing retreats, song festivals, and everything in between. She calls on her Jewish roots to weave deeper tapestries through music and community. Her most current project, “The Big Effin’ Sing”, merges heart-centered song circles and the catharsis of a fully-loaded rock band. She sings and plays with Wilderness Torah, Melita Silberstein, Alexander Kugler (Hebrew Mystic) and MoLoTe (Mo Washburn and Te Martin), and is the fearless leader of the Queerdo Parade Choir. She loves nothing more than to sing with big groups of folks, so come warmed up and ready to dive in!
