Rosh Chodesh Women+ Wisdom Circle
Overview:
This Rosh Chodesh (New Hebrew Month) Women+ Wisdom Circle is a monthly gathering for women-identifying and nonbinary individuals to connect in community and tap into the wisdom and healing available through the Hebrew calendar—and one another. Each new moon, we’ll explore the unique “soul” of the month through themed reflections, discussions, embodied practice, and creative rituals. We’ll harness the power of coming together at the new moon towards personal growth and collective healing, carrying our learnings into the rest of the month until we meet again.
What to Expect:
- Honor Tradition: Gather in a circle around each new moon to celebrate our connection to natural rhythms and each other. Sessions will include rituals around blessing the new moon, check-ins, song and drum, learning, meditation, embodied practice, creative exploration, and spiritual reflection.
- Build Meaningful Connections: Share stories, insights, and intentions in a trusted container that fosters authentic and vulnerable conversation.
- Strengthen Community Bonds: Deepen your connection to the Chochmat HaLev community while engaging in transformative Jewish learning and practice.
Logistics:
When: Six sessions roughly every four weeks, on Sundays close to the New Moon
Where: Chochmat HaLev, 6-7:30 pm
Who: Woman-identified and nonbinary individuals seeking connection, growth, and tradition
Commitment: You are encouraged but not required to attend all 6 sessions. Consistency builds a connected container, which we value, and at the same time, want to make this accessible to people coming in and out according to their schedule and interest. Feel free to check the first one out to see if it’s for you!
Payment: These circles are free to members and $18 per circle per non-member. This means the cost is $108 for non-members if you were to attend all 6 sessions.
