Letting Go and Returning
A Yom Kippur workshop with Rachel Michaelsen
Thursday, September 16 • 3-4:15pm
On Zoom
The afternoon on Yom Kippur, when energy flow ebbs downward, is a time for deep reflection, a time for final identification and acknowledgment of what we want to change. It is also a time for letting go of whatever holds us back from being how and who we wish to be.
Using healing techniques including energy medicine, tapping, havening, sound, and more, you will identify any final regrets and blocks to releasing them. You will then clear the blocks, release the regrets, and forgive yourself. Finally, you will clarify your next steps along your journey. Doing this work in a group allows members to “borrow benefits” from each other’s healing process, thus increasing the impact of the work for each individual.
Sharing is encouraged, but not required, to gain benefits. You may wish to have a journal or paper for writing. No experience necessary.
Rachel Michaelsen, LCSW, Diplomat in Comprehensive Energy Psychology, has integrated energy work and sound healing with a variety of holistic and creative interventions. Rachel has been offering free energy and sound healing Zoom gatherings. She also facilitates energy and sound healing with individual and groups as part of her psychotherapy practice and does hands on sound healing sessions. Rachel is the Chair of the Humanitarian Committee of the Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology.
