Meditation of Presence – Elul
with Jeffrey Kessler
Wednesdays, August 11, 18, 25 | 8:15 – 9am
By Donation | On Zoom
The High Holy Days What makes them High? What makes them Holy? Teshuvah – a return to the source of our being, re-rolling the scroll of our lives back to the beginning.
We are given the chance to start anew with the wisdom gleaned from the past year, unfulfilled vows and mistakes forgiven, and a fresh perspective for growth, based on our deepest truth and values.
The month of Elul, the Days of Awe, and the festival of Sukkot are a time for personal and collective reflection, prayer and ritual. Through centuries of observance, these Holy Days have the power to transform our ordinary practice into a communal ceremony of teshuvah and renewal.
Join our Monday night and Wednesday morning meditations to embark on the journey in community.
