with Daniella Salzman and Adam Moskowitz

Sunday, May 21th  9:30 am – 1:30 pm

This retreat invites us to soften our bodies, hearts and minds to become a safe haven for our world.

Through guided meditation, silence, gentle movement, teachings, and group reflection, we will drop into retreat and allow the wisdom of our collective hearts to open us to a wider view of who we are and what is possible together.

Daniella Salzman and Adam Moskowitz are grateful to co-lead this retreat, with inspiration from many teachers, wisdom paths, and communities.
