Wisdom of the Collective Heart: A Daylong Retreat

Wisdom of the Collective Heart: A Daylong Retreat
with Daniella Salzman and Adam Moskowitz

Sunday, October 22th  9:30 am – 4:30 pm
In person at Chochmat HaLev
2215 Prince St. Berkeley, CA 94705

This retreat invites us to soften our bodies, hearts and minds to become a safe haven for what is happening within us and around us.

We acknowledge the suffering and uncertainty that is unfolding in the world, and our intention is to create a safe and sacred space where whatever is on our hearts can be present on our collective altar.

We invite you to attend as you are with all that you are holding, and to take refuge in the healing practices and quiet community that we will cultivate together.

Through guided meditation, silence, gentle movement, teachings, and group reflection, we will drop into retreat and allow the wisdom of our collective hearts to open us to a wider view of who we are and what is possible together.

Daniella Salzman and Adam Moskowitz are grateful to co-lead this retreat, with inspiration from many teachers, wisdom paths, and communities.
