The Moon, Mussar and Me

Sunday August 28 and September 11, 2022  •  4:30 – 6:30 pm
In-person in the Chochmat Halev Courtyard

Join us in harnessing the energies of the month of Elul to polish the light of the soul. Each month the moon cycle brings new energies that can calibrate us to living in sacred time.  Elul is the last month of the Hebrew year, a special time of heightened sensitivity to how we show up in relationship with ourselves, others, and the world.  We do the work of T’shuvah, turning and returning to our core essence, polishing the filters of the soul, cleaning things up energetically so we can shine even more brightly in the year to come.

Join us for this 2 part moon-guided journey through Elul, clean out holy schmutz, develop your t’shuvah tool kit and gain skills to move toward transformative change, step by step. Tea and snacks provided.
