Learn more about the fundamentals of Jewish Practice; Prayer, Ritual, and Community. This series is for Jewish Seekers at any point on your Jewish journey. Facilitated by Amanda Nube and guest speakers. Registration required and discount for Chochmat HaLev Members. This is an in-person event series. Zoom viewing available for those in need.
Prayer Series: Saturdays, February 25, March 4, & 11, 1-2:30pm
Ritual Series: Saturdays, March 18 and 25th, 5:30-7pm
Social Action Series: Saturdays, April 15, 22, & 29, 1-2:30 [CANCELLED 4/22]
Join us over Shabbat oneg for the last Jewish learner’s series, April 29th 1-2:30pm, with Guest Speaker Carey Averbook guiding the topic of “Creating Cultures of Belonging and Inclusion.” Carey Averbook (she/they) is the Young Adult Peer Connector at the JCCSF, current resident at Moishe House Rockridge, and has trained and worked in relational engagement and creating cultures of belonging in Jewish communities over the last four years.
