Three Sisters Potluck
Bring harvest food to share – squash, beans, corn, apple crisp, potatoes, and other delicious seasonal foods. Vegetarian, diary, and kosher fish dishes only.
Decorate and Prepare for Ceremony:
4:30 – 5:30 PM
Decorate the Sukkah, learn Sukkot songs, make your own lulov from local trees, build an eatable sukkah, prepare a storytelling presentation for the ceremony with Urban Shtetl staff and Magid Jhos Singer and Julie Batz
5:30 – 6:15 PM
Featuring our very own fabulous storyteller Joel Ben Izzy! Listen to wonderful Sukkot stories, shake the lulov and etrog and pray for peace.
6:15 PM – 7:00 PM
Bring harvest food to share: squash, beans, corn on the cob, apple crisp, potatoes and other delicious harvest foods.
