The Hebrew month of Elul is a time for soulful introspection and preparation. How is the reality of living through a pandemic affecting us, body, and soul? Engaging spiritual practices of chant, meditation, and Torah study, each session will open space for individual reflection supported by community. Together, we will reflect on what is true, where we have missed the mark, and what we may be ready to build. We will be guided by Rabbi Alan Lew’s (z”l) This is Real and You Are Completely Unprepared: The Days of Awe as a Journey of Transformation and Moshe Cordovero’s Tomer Devorah.
