Exploring and clarifying the relationships between these four corners will help open the spine, free the breath, and enliven the center. We will do some simple movement awareness exercises to shine a light on these relationships during our qigong practice.   Molly Barker has trained in Qigong and body mechanics with Chris Fernie, founder of the Institute for Internal Transformation, since 2008.
