Yuan Gong Qigong series
6 Tuesday evenings: January 7 – Feb 11, 2014; 6:45-8:45 PM
Yuan Gong is a powerful Qigong system helps us access a deepened sense of inner calm and happiness and increased health on all levels. Many have found its methods easy to learn, enjoyable, and effective. Its first two methods provide an excellent balance of movement and stillness to nourish the body, Qi, and consciousness.
If you want to use the changing of the year as an opportunity to improve your health and well-being and/or uplift your life in any area, this is an excellent system to support that.
This 6-class series will include the first 2 Yuan Gong methods (Tian Yuan and Di Yuan) and supplementary methods. I’ll offer some Qi healing during each class.
Complete beginners and experienced students are all welcome. Basic instruction will be given to everyone, along with details for refinement of practice for anyone who is ready.
A full set of handouts will be supplied for ongoing home practice.
