Drawing on teachings from both Chinese wisdom and Jewish mysticism, cultivate embodied awareness through a variety of movement, breathing, and meditation practices. The body-based discipline of Tai Chi can be an effective gateway to deeper spiritual and meditative practice and will continue to support a truly integrated mind- body connection. This ongoing class is designed to aid the development of psychological self-awareness in partnership with physical groundedness, leading to vibrant health, inner strength, balance, and harmony.
Frustrated in his initial attempts at meditation, Jeffrey discovered the physical discipline of Tai-Chi was what he needed to begin to focus and to connect mind and body. It became the foundation for his lifelong spiritual journey, and he is pleased to offer the opportunity for others to engage in this treasured practice with him.
