Season of Liberation: Pesach Meditation Intensive
With Rabbi Dorothy Richman
What can you do to prepare for liberation? What do you need to leave behind and what do you need for where are you headed?
Deepen your commitment to personal transformation and prepare for Passover with Meditation, Torah, contemporary writings (including Rabbi Alan Lew’s Be Still and Get Going, and our own knowing.
The Intensive consists of three weekly meetings that include chanting, meditation, learning and discussion. Participants commit to working with a hevruta partner and to a personal meditation practice during the period of the Intensive.
Intensive participants are encouraged to attend the day-long silent retreat held at the SFJCC, led by Rabbi Dorothy Richman, Sunday, March 18th. (separate registration)
No previous experience with meditation, Hebrew or prayer is necessary.

Rabbi Dorothy A. Richman serves as the rabbi of Makor Or Jewish Meditation Center. She is a Master Educator leading Kevah Torah study groups and teaching widely in the Bay Area. She has served as rabbi for Berkeley Hillel, Sha’ar Zahav and Congregation Beth Sholom with her mentor Rabbi Alan Lew(z”l).

In this day-long retreat includes silent sitting and walking meditation, contemplative prayer, and teachings.
