Thursday, Sept 8, 2016 – 7 – 9 pm.
Location: Chochmat HaLev.
Explore movement on all levels of being – body, mind, heart and spirit – as we enter into the High Holy Day season and the new month of Elul with an embodied practice of gentle movement, dance, drawing, and creative writing, based upon the Halprin Life/Art Process. Discover your own sensing, moving body, as a primary resource for grounding, expression, and for setting your personal intentions during this season of return and renewal.
Join us for this workshop as a stand-alone or as one of a 3-part series if you wish to deepen your experience of the High Holy Day season with an embodied practice. The second workshop is on Sept 18 at 4th Street Yoga, and the third is on October 12 in the afternoon Yom Kippur Services at CHL.
