Mondays, July 2, 9, 16, 23, August 13, 20, 27, and September 3, 10, 17 – 6:00pm-7:15pm
How can we bring ease to our minds, bodies, and breath? How can we relax in movement, and sustain a mindful practice through varying moods and circumstances? There are many supports for a qigong practice. We will get to know some of them, and explore qigong walking and movements with a special emphasis on resting in to the support.
