UP, DOWN, ALL AROUND
Each one of us occupies a unique space.
Through simple qigong exercises we will each explore the fullness of space that surrounds us. Using awareness and movement to build the sense of our physical spheres will take us toward more complete internal maps of our experience and capacities, and so toward health, wholeness and flow.
Drop-ins welcome: $15
5-class pass: $60
8 week series: $96

Qigong (chi gung) is a set of movement and meditation practices originating in China. It integrates awareness of body, breath, and mind to restore health and wholeness.
