Crash Flex: a Jewish spin on surviving crisis.

With Maggid Jhos Singer

The month of Elul leads us to the Days of Awe when we ponder how to become the best version of ourselves. We all know that life is filled with disappointments, betrayals, disasters and catastrophes; some people become hardened by these experiences while others resiliently carry on. What accounts for the multiple human responses we have to these upsets? Maggid Jhos Singer will give his spin on Rabbi Benay Lappe’s “Crash Theory”, a Jewishly infused paradigm for how to not only survive, but how to thrive in the face of a crash. Come explore this new way to think about old problems, and prepare yourself to enter the days of awe with consciousness, creativity, and care.
